Pay Wellspring Counselling for sessions
To make sure we can continue to provide sessions, we ask for a suggested minimum donation as below:
Young people aged 11-25:
Initial assessment and ongoing counselling sessions – minimum suggested donation of £10 for each session.
Clients aged 19-25 years:
Working full-time – the adults’ sliding scale of fees applies – see below.
Not working full time – minimum suggested donation per session: £10.
Clients aged over 19:
Initial Consultation – For an initial assessment session with a counsellor we make a non-refundable charge of £35. For those in receipt of qualifying benefits* this is reduced to £10.
Counselling Sessions – The fee for ongoing therapy is calculated according to your income.

Clients in receipt of benefits
*We will ask you to provide proof of receipt of one of the following qualifying benefits, at your assessment session: –
● Income Support ● Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
● Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance ● Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
● Universal Credit ● Disability Living Allowance/Personal Independence Payment
All clients:
If you are unable to pay the suggested fee per session, please discuss this with us during your initial consultation and we will do our best to help. This is dependent on sufficient funds being available in our subsidy budget and will be decided on an individual basis.

For all donations: To add 25% to the funds for Wellspring, at no cost to you, if you are a UK taxpayer, please sign the Gift Aid form that will be sent to you along with initial appointment letter.
